For years those in hiring positions deliberately and actively sought out candidates that “fit in” to the existing company culture. Yet now, studies show there are detrimental impacts of hiring those that only match the commonalities of the rest of the group. When leaders and decision-makers are not open to a truly diverse candidate pool, they can limit the success and profitability of their companies. This webinar will examine the ways companies may be limiting their teams’ growth, productivity and expertise by staying in their comfort zone, subconsciously and consciously.
