Cancellation/Refund Policy

Since the guarantee to our venue is 72 business hours in advance, members and guests can only be refunded if they notify in writing 72 hours in advance. In the event of a real emergency, exceptions are granted. If you are unable to attend and missed the cancellation deadline, please contact us regarding substitution.  Pre-paid members are not eligible to send a substitute.

No-Shows who have made a reservation will still be invoiced.
