1. Pursue a certification and your IREM membersip is included:
- Enroll to earn the CPM® (membership level is CPM Candidate)
- Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) Application
- Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) Application

ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION - For real estate management firms with a CPM in an executive position and ready to achieve and display company-wide excellence.

Full-time college students looking to enter the real estate field can jump start their careers with our Student membership.
If you are a full-time or part-time academic teaching real estate, real estate management, or related subjects such as finance, economics, and business administration at a college, community college, or university, IREM's Academic membership is for you.
